Garhwal is a very famous of india. we can not to compare to other state. There are very many tourist places which is very beautiful and not compare it. all places are natural not a artificial .it also called the dev bhumi.

About the Garhwal: Garhwal is a basically famous for temples and tourist places tourist places are famous all over the word as like valley of flower, Ouli, and Massori. Massori is a famous for hill of queen. Ouly is famous for a ice games. valley of flower is famous for natural flowers garden. Haridwar and Rishikesh is also famous for temples and picnic places. It is gate of Char dham.
About the kumoun: komoun is basically famous for a tourist places. as like Nainitaal, Kousani etc Kousani is called the mini switzerland of a Uttarakhand. this place is little bit like switzerland.Pithoragarh district is a gate of Kailash mansarover Naintaal is a famous for a lake and temple.
